About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Automation Tester Engineer with strong experience in software quality assurance and test automation.

You will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, building and maintaining automation frameworks, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our products across platforms.

Experience with blockchain testing (EVM or Solana) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective test plans and automation strategies for web and API testing.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test frameworks using modern tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure full test coverage and product quality.
  • Perform manual and exploratory testing when necessary.
  • Conduct regression, performance, and security testing as part of the release cycle.
  • Track and report QA metrics, test results, and defect status.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Required Skills

  • 4–6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (manual and automation).
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Jest, Mocha, or Postman.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
  • Proficiency in writing and maintaining test cases, test scripts, and bug reports.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project management and bug tracking tools.
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience testing blockchain or Web3 applications (EVM-compatible chains like Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, or Solana).
  • Familiarity with smart contract testing frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, or Anchor).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of performance/load testing tools (JMeter, Locust).
  • Exposure to cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
