I. JobResponsibilities:We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior QA Engineer to strengthen our QA capability and ensure the overall quality.The ideal candidate has adeep understanding of testing methodologies, solid experience in designing test approaches for complex features, and hands-on skills in both manual testing and maintaining lightweight automation scripts.Job details:Perform comprehensive manual testing across web and mobile platforms, including functional, UI/UX, regression, compatibility, and exploratory testing.Build, maintain, and execute basic automation scripts (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) for smoke or regression testing.Collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams to clarify requirements, discuss risks, and validate fixes.Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using JIRA, Redmine, or related systems.Provide clear test reports, quality summaries, and release readiness assessments.Lead or contribute to QA process improvement, including standards, documentation, and tooling.III. Job Qualifications & Requirements:Must-have skills:At least 3+ years of experience in software testing, including strong hands-on manual testing expertise.Must be good at English communication.Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and test strategy planning.- Experience writing and executing test cases, creating test scenarios, and performing end-to-end validation for web/mobile applications.- Strong skills in API testing and data validation.- Familiarity with bug trackingand test management tools (JIRA, Redmine, TestRail, etc.).- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.- Ability to work independently and contribute within Agile or Waterfall projects.Nice to Have:Working knowledge of SQL for database validation.Experience building or contributing to continuous testing pipelines.Background in performance testing or security testing.Experience mentoring or coaching QA members.Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent) at a basic to intermediate level.III.
