Job Title
: Manual Tester

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using Mantis bug tracking system.
  • Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not reoccur.
  • Utilize TestLink for test management and documentation.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements.
  • Ensure that software meets the specified requirements and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in using TestLink for test management and Mantis for bug tracking.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle issues.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus.
