1. ROLE PURPOSE

Senior Business Operation Manager chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế – tiêu chuẩn hoá – tối ưu hoá vận hành của toàn công ty.

Vai trò này đóng vai trò
cầu nối giữa Business – Operations – Technology
, đảm bảo mọi quy trình, hệ thống và dữ liệu hỗ trợ hiệu quả cho việc scale tổ chức.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Process Design & Governance (40%)

  • Khai thác hoạt động và phân tích vận hành của các phòng ban và mảng kinh doanh (Business Unit - BU) để xác định bottlenecks, lãng phí, rủi ro.
  • Thiết kế, chuẩn hoá và ban hành quy trình cấp doanh nghiệp & phòng ban, BU (BPMN 2.0, SIPOC, RACI, SOP).
  • Thiết lập cơ chế kiểm soát quy trình và đảm bảo quy trình tuân thủ thực thi đúng phiên bản ban hành.
  • Xây dựng cơ chế kiểm soát, quản trị phiên bản và theo dõi mức độ tuân thủ quy trình.
  • Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ các phòng ban, BU trong giai đoạn áp dụng quy trình mới.
  • Cập nhật quy trình theo thay đổi thực tế về tổ chức, sản phẩm hoặc yêu cầu pháp lý.
  • Quản trị kỳ vọng, giải quyết xung đột, cân bằng giữa nhu cầu các phòng ban, BU và tiêu chuẩn vận hành chung của doanh nghiệp

B. Operational Excellence (30%)

  • Thiết lập bộ chỉ số vận hành (Operational Metrics): SLA, cycle time, throughput, error rate, productivity, etc.
  • Phân tích dữ liệu vận hành để đánh giá hiệu quả thực tế của các luồng nghiệp vụ.
  • Đề xuất và triển khai các sáng kiến cải tiến nhằm giảm lỗi, giảm thao tác thủ công và rút ngắn thời gian xử lý.
  • Theo dõi và đo lường tác động thực tế của các cải tiến, báo cáo định kỳ cho lãnh đạo.

C. Business Transformation & Digitalization (30%)

  • Phối hợp với Technology để phân tích nhu cầu nghiệp vụ và đề xuất giải pháp số hoá phù hợp (ERP, workflow system, automation, BI…).
  • Tham gia xây dựng tài liệu yêu cầu nghiệp vụ (BRD/URD), thiết kế luồng xử lý, kiểm thử hệ thống (UAT) và triển khai sử dụng cho các phòng ban.
  • Hỗ trợ truyền thông nội bộ, hướng dẫn người dùng và theo dõi mức độ sử dụng các hệ thống mới.
  • Thu thập phản hồi, ghi nhận lỗi và điều phối xử lý với Technology để tối ưu hệ thống.

3. REQUIREMENTS

A. Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong Business Operations / Process Management / Operational Excellence / PMO.
  • Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng SOP, framework vận hành hoặc governance model.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm trong môi trường multi-BU, martech, agency, e-commerce, hoặc doanh nghiệp ≥500 nhân sự.
  • Có kinh nghiệm tham gia triển khai hệ thống ERP hoặc workflow system (Odoo/ERPNext/SAP/Oracle).
  • Có kiến thức tốt về phân tích dữ liệu (Excel, Sheets, hoặc BI tools).
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên từng tham gia dự án chuyển đổi số hoặc hệ thống nội bộ.

B. Skills

  • Tư duy hệ thống, khả năng phân tích và mô hình hoá quy trình.
  • Giao tiếp & điều phối đa phòng ban; quản lý stakeholders mạnh mẽ.
  • Kỹ năng quản lý dự án: timeline, scope, risk, budget (cơ bản).
  • Thành thạo BPMN/Flowcharting tools (Whimsical, Miro, Bizagi…).
  • Hiểu biết về ERP, BI, automation, API flow là lợi thế lớn.
  • Khả năng viết tài liệu rõ ràng, logic (BRD, SOP, guideline).

4. KEY SUCCESS INDICATORS (KPIs)

  • Tỷ lệ triển khai quy trình & hệ thống của BU
  • Cycle time, SLA, error rate cải thiện theo quý
  • Số lượng & giá trị sáng kiến cải tiến vận hành
  • Chất lượng tài liệu nghiệp vụ & UAT (rework rate)
  • Mức độ hài lòng của các BU (stakeholder satisfaction).
