to grow together in a fast-paced, real-world E-commerce environment.
JOB OBJECTIVE
- Account Intern:
Gain hands-on training in brand management, content planning, sales strategy, budgeting, and performance tracking to support revenue and brand growth. - Growth Intern:
Learn end-to-end E-commerce operations, from store setup and sales planning to traffic generation and performance optimization.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- ACCOUNT INTERN
You will be trained and supported to:
- Collaborate with the Account Team to build growth plans for brands on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
- Assist in developing sales plans, promotional programs, campaign calendars, and marketing budgets.
- Monitor and update weekly key performance metrics (GMV, NMV, ROAS, CR, Traffic, Orders, etc.).
- Work with internal teams (Account, Growth, B2C Marketing) to execute branding activities, KOL/KOC bookings, and multi-channel content development.
- Review brand content including product descriptions, product images, video materials, and livestream quality.
Participate in client meetings, track progress, consolidate insights, and support ad-hoc brand requests.
GROWTH INTERN
You will be trained and involved in practical E-commerce operations:
- Set up online stores for clients on major E-commerce platforms.
- Consult on sales strategies and support clients in building sales plans (revenue, costs, KPIs).
- Develop product-level plans: hero products, funnel products, pricing, and commercial policies.
- Drive traffic through keyword bidding, platform campaigns, and off-platform channels (Facebook, TikTok, communities, etc.).
- Execute and optimize off-platform ads: CPAS, Google with Shopee, TikTok Ads.
- Optimize key performance indicators: CTR, conversion rate, cost-to-revenue ratio, etc.
- Prepare progress reports and propose solutions aligned with client objectives.
REQUIREMENTS (Applicable to both positions)
Knowledge & Experience
- 3rd–4th year students or fresh graduates in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of E-commerce; prior experience with Shopee or TikTok Shop is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Logical thinking, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; data analysis skills are an advantage.
- Passion for the E-commerce industry and a desire to build a long-term career.
