The team
Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam is part of a 300 strong global delivery network, supporting Hitachi Digital Services around the globe. Our employees collaborate with teams in Japan, India, Portugal, and the US, servicing customers worldwide and working on a huge variety of projects. From cloud migration to digital modernization and advanced analytics, offering operational excellence, agile delivery, and plenty of energy to work on huge transformation projects for our customers.

The role
Responsibilities
The Japanese IT Service Desk Specialist who will be responsible for providing IT operation support service to Japanese companies. The position involves daily communication with Japanese client to handle various kinds of service requests as follows:

• Be responsible for performing routing daily operation using SOP (Standard Operation Procedure).
• Be responsible for handling service requests of the assigned service following the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma.
• Language Proficiency: Japanese N1/N2 level (strong speaking and writing skills).
• Good understanding of Japanese's working culture, Japanese's business manner.
• Effective using of MS office (Excel).
• Ability to collaborate and work in a cross-functional/multi-national team environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• High responsibility and teamwork spirit.
• Have IT Technical background is a plus.
• Nice to have: knowledge in ITIL, especial ITSM, ITOM.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
