【Job description】

  • Manage QA team tasks, provide guidance and training to members, conduct reviews
  • Create test plans and develop test strategies
  • Design test cases based on requirements and specifications, optimize test coverage
  • Execute functional testing for Web and Mobile, regression testing, integration testing, and exploratory testing
  • Analyze, report, and prioritize bugs; collaborate with the development team to drive improvements
  • Investigate root causes using DevTools, Console, Network tools, and server logs
  • Report project quality metrics and progress, propose process improvements
  • (Preferred) Implement and operate automated testing (Selenium / Playwright / Cypress, etc.)

WORKING HOURS: 8:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Software QA Leader or Sub-Leader
  • Good communication in Japanese (From N2 advanced Level)
  • Experience managing traceability (Requirements Design Test Cases Results Defects)
  • Experience using bug tracking tools (Jira / Redmine / Backlog, etc.)
  • Strong root-cause analysis skills using DevTools and logs

PREFERS

  • Having studied or worked in Japan.
  • Experience with automated testing (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
  • Knowledge of one of the following languages: Java / JavaScript / Python
