Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic & UI / UX Designer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We're looking for a hybrid designer who lives at the intersection of product design and storytelling. You'll be designing visual treat for marketing collaterals or visually compelling, intuitive user experiences for students. This is not your typical design job. Perfect for designers who love both creative storytelling and systematic product thinking.

What You'll Do:

• Create engaging and beautiful graphics for product videos, offline and online collaterals.
• Design interactive UI/UX prototypes in Figma — from user flows to high-fidelity screens that reflect strong design thinking.

1) UI/UX Design (Product Experience)

• Lead the full design cycle: research, journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes,

high-fidelity UI.

• Design clear, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct usability tests, gather user insights, and iterate quickly based on

data.

• Create and maintain a design system and reusable UI components.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure

seamless implementation.

• Prepare interactive prototypes for internal reviews and user testing.

2) Creative Design (Marketing, Brand, Offline Materials)

• Design pitch decks and slides for KOLs, partners, and internal presentations.

• Produce custom namecards, flyers, brochures, posters, and other offline

collaterals.

• Create static graphics for social media, ads, website banners, and launch

campaigns.

• Support creation of visuals for events, workshops, and physical booths.

• Maintain strong brand consistency across all touchpoints, online and offline.

• Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns and product storytelling.

• Produce simple motion graphics or animations to enhance marketing

communications.

3) Research & Insights

• Analyse user behaviour and identify friction points across the user journey.

• Run mini research sessions, competitor studies, and UI pattern reviews.

• Translate insights into improved workflows, clearer layouts, and better product

usability.

4) Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with other teams: Tech, Product, and Management

teams.

• Participate in sprints, design critiques, and planning meetings.

• Present design decisions clearly and explain the reasoning behind them.

5) Design Operations

• Maintain organised Figma files, design libraries, and version control.

• Build and enforce consistent brand and UI guidelines across departments.

• Support rapid design iterations for experiments, tests, and product ideas.
