Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI / UX & 2D Animation Designer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We're looking for a hybrid designer who lives at the intersection of product design, motion, and storytelling. You'll design beautiful, intuitive user experiences, then bring them to life through animation and motion graphics. If you love switching between Figma frames, Rive animations, and video compositions, this is your playground.
This is not your typical design job. You'll get to design interfaces people use — and animate how they feel. Perfect for designers who love both systematic product thinking and creative motion storytelling.

What You'll Do:

  • Design interactive UI/UX prototypes in Figma — from user flows to high-fidelity screens that reflect strong design thinking.
  • Create complex, visually engaging graphics for product explainers, campaigns, and learning videos.
  • Animate 2D assets in Rive to enhance product experiences and storytelling.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design (Figma proficiency required).
  • Strong visual and graphic design sensibility, with a solid grasp of layout, color, and typography.
  • Hands-on experience with Rive.
  • A portfolio showcasing both static interface design and motion/animation work.
  • Strong sense of curiosity, ownership, and willingness to experiment creatively.
