1. Job Description

– Interface Creation: Design layouts and user experiences (UI/UX) for mobile applications (Mobile Apps) and web platforms (Web Apps), transforming complex ideas into user-friendly and effective interfaces.

– User Experience Optimization: Continuously improve and optimize interfaces based on user data and feedback to deliver the best customer experience.

– Brand Identity Development: Create banners, logos, icons, and other graphic elements, ensuring aesthetic consistency and brand identity across products.

– Design System Development: Participate in the development and improvement of UI Design Guidelines or Design Systems, establishing a unified visual language that enables the product team to work efficiently and cohesively.

– Close Collaboration: Work directly with Product Managers and engineering teams to maintain design quality throughout the process, from ideation to final release.

– Inspiration & Persuasion: Confidently present, share, and defend design ideas to the team and company leadership.

2. Requirements:

– Minimum 2 years of experience.

– Experience in creating Wireframes, User Stories, and designing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.

– Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and other design documentation tools.

– Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles.

– Candidates with hand-drawing skills and vector illustration experience are preferred.

– Proficient in Figma with strong understanding of Atomic Design methodology. Preference is given to candidates with experience successfully building Design Systems. Designs must comply with UI Guidelines and the company's Design System.

– Solid understanding and creative application of Material Design principles; knowledgeable in responsive web/mobile design across platforms and device types.

– Understanding of how software systems and databases operate, and ability to document and systemize the operational workflow of software

4. Working Hours:

– Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (90-minute lunch break)

– Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
