Key Responsibility
- Software interface design (web, mobile)
- Build interactive and responsive designs to ensure user experience
- Ensure consistency and compliance with
defined brand identity and design rules. - Work together with developers to implement UI/UX designs, ensuring seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to optimize and improve the design.
- Regularly updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools and techniques.
Qualification RequirementsTechnical Skills
- Experience working in
the field of user interface design and user experience. - Proficient in
using design tools such as Figma. Having used Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or Illustrator is an advantage. - Have experience
working with Elementor - Understanding of interactive and responsive design principles.
- Understanding of Material Design is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and teamwork environment.
- Having knowledge of software development process (Agile, Scrum) is an advantage.
- Have effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to contribute and build products.
Priorities (not a must-have)
- Experience with
motion design
or
micro-interactions - Knowledge of
front-end technologies
(HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with developers - Familiarity with
design systems
and
component libraries - Experience in
user research
and
data-driven design decisions - Exposure to
AR/VR interface design
or
emerging technologies - Ability to create
storyboards, prototypes, and animations
for enhanced user journeys.
Personal Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphics, Fine Arts or have a certificate in graphic design and information technology
- Experience at
least 3 years
about
UI/UX - Good use of dimension design software:
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. - Have good aesthetic thinking ability and creative thinking.
