Role Description

The Head of Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), Vietnam, will lead and manage the establishment, operations, and strategic direction of the office. This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring oversight of local market analysis, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and business development initiatives. The responsibilities include creating and implementing growth strategies, ensuring compliance with local regulations, managing daily operations, and fostering a collaborative team environment to drive organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in overseeing diverse teams.
  • Proven expertise in business development, market analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and familiarity with the business landscape in Vietnam.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in relevant business and technology tools; fluency in English and Vietnamese is highly advantageous.
