MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Là một IT Support Lead có kinh nghiệm quản lý và vận hành hệ thống hạ tầng CNTT, chịu trách nhiệm lên kế hoạch, xây dựng, duy trì và bảo vệ hệ thống mạng, bảo mật, thiết bị và các công cụ hỗ trợ làm việc, đảm bảo an toàn và hiệu quả cho doanh nghiệp.

1. Helpdesk:

  • Xây dựng chiến lược quản lý hệ thống Helpdesk

  • Đề xuất và triển khai các công nghệ hỗ trợ kỹ thuật mới

  • Lên kế hoạch quy chuẩn cấu hình, thiết bị phù hợp cho từng nhân viên trong công ty.

  • Giám sát hiệu suất hệ thống hỗ trợ kỹ thuật

  • Quản lý, cấp phát và thu hồi thiết bị (MacBook, iMac, PC, điện thoại, máy in, v.v.).

  • Quản lý tài sản IT, đảm bảo thiết bị luôn trong tình trạng tốt và sẵn sàng sử dụng.

2. Infrastructure:

  • Đề xuất và triển khai công nghệ tối ưu cho hệ thống và hợp tác với bên dự án

  • Quản lý, duy trì và nâng cấp hệ thống IT hạ tầng bao gồm mạng nội bộ, VPN, firewall, server, hệ thống mã hóa dữ liệu và bảo mật.

  • Giám sát hiệu suất hệ thống, tối ưu hóa hạ tầng IT đảm bảo tính ổn định và liên tục của dịch vụ.

  • Hỗ trợ triển khai và quản lý các công cụ nội bộ như email, phần mềm làm việc nhóm, hệ thống quản lý dữ liệu.

  • Làm việc với các đối tác, nhà cung cấp dịch vụ IT để đảm bảo hệ thống luôn hoạt động hiệu quả.

3. Security:

  • Giám sát và tối ưu quy trình bảo mật cho công ty

  • Tư vấn và đề xuất được các chiến lược quản lý bảo mật của thiết bị, server

  • Xây dựng, triển khai và duy trì các chính sách bảo mật, phân quyền truy cập và giám sát hệ thống.

  • Triển khai và duy trì hệ thống giám sát, sao lưu dữ liệu và kế hoạch khôi phục thảm họa

  • Theo dõi, phân tích và xử lý các mối đe dọa an ninh mạng nhằm ngăn chặn các rủi ro bảo mật.

  • Quản lý, giám sát hiệu suất của hệ thống CNTT, đảm bảo tính ổn định và liên tục của dịch vụ.

4. Quản lý đội nhóm:

  • Quản lý đội ngũ IT, phân công công việc, đào tạo và nâng cao kỹ năng cho nhân viên IT.

  • Phối hợp với các phòng ban để hiểu rõ yêu cầu hệ thống và đưa ra các giải pháp công nghệ phù hợp.

  • Xây dựng kế hoạch nâng cấp, bảo trì hệ thống định kỳ và đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu hóa hạ tầng IT.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng và quản lý thiết bị Mac (MacBook, iMac) trong môi trường doanh nghiệp.

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành CNTT, An ninh mạng, Kỹ thuật phần mềm hoặc các ngành liên quan.

  • Khoảng 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực IT System Administrator, IT Infrastructure Engineer hoặc Security Engineer

  • Kinh nghiệm sâu rộng trong quản lý hệ thống hạ tầng IT, đặc biệt về mạng, VPN, firewall, máy chủ, bảo mật dữ liệu.

  • Am hiểu các tiêu chuẩn bảo mật và các phương pháp bảo vệ hệ thống.

  • Thành thạo các công nghệ và công cụ IT như Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, SIEM, IDS/IPS, v.v.

  • Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý đội nhóm, có khả năng hướng dẫn và đào tạo nhân viên.

  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, làm việc nhóm và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
