Job Description
  • Ensures the highest possible standard of hygiene, cleanliness and orderliness of the Spa facilities including all outdoor facilities, swimming pools, wet facilities, indoor changing area and spa facility.

Giữ vệ sinh sạch sẽ khu vực Spa theo tiêu chuẩn của bộ phận và công ty.

  • Controls all Spa linen according to the department operation procedures.

Kiểm tra bảo quản toàn bộ khăn của bộ phận spa theo quy định của bộ phận

  • Maintains close scrutiny and stock check of all cleaning materials and to advise the Assistant Manager when stock needs reordering.

Kiểm kho hàng tháng và báo cáo với giám sát bộ phận nếu cần mua thêm vật phẩm, sản phẩm sử dụng tại khu vực spa.

  • Reports any maintenance/repairs needed or any defects in equipment or fixtures.

Báo cáo, theo dõi các với bộ phận liên quan về trường hợp sữa chữa lau chùi các khu vực tại spa.

  • Ensure that all customers' needs with regards to cleanliness and hygiene are attended to ly and efficiently by having a continual surveillance of the respective areas in the Spa.

Cung cấp cho khách hàng các đồ dùng cá nhân theo quy định của Spa,

  • Assists with removal or installation of equipment and furniture.

Hỗ trợ di chuyển hoặc tháo dỡ các trang thiết bị hoặc đồ nội thất.

  • Sets up and dismantles equipment in areas for special activities and events.

Sắp xếp các vật dụng trong khu vực spa theo những sự kiện và hoạt động đặc biệt.

  • Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.

Hiểu và thực hiện nghiêm túc các quy định trong sổ tay nhân viên và quy định của khách sạn về phòng cháy chữa cháy, vệ sinh, an toàn và sức khoẻ.

  • Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

Giữ vẻ ngoài luôn theo đúng tiêu chuẩn nhân viên spa.

  • Responds to any changes in the Spa function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.

Thích nghi với những sự thay đổi trong spa.

  • Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

Tham giá các lớp đào tạo hoặc các buổi họp theo yêu cầu.

  • Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Perform other jobs related to same functions and duties or assume other responsibilities and functions as assigned by management.

Job Requirement
  • Higher Education is required and Vocational School Certificate is preferred.

Tốt nghiệp trung học và ưu tiên có chứng chỉ trong ngành khách sạn.

  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Có vẻ ngoài gọn gàng, tươm tất.

  • Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encouraged.

Giao tiếp, đọc, viết tiếng Việt thông thạo, ưu tiên nếu có thể giao tiếp tiếng Anh.

  • Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.
