**Position Summary**

The Spa Supervisor for The Grand Ho Tram Strip property is responsible for helping manage the daily operations of the Spa and Fitness Center that will set the pace for the elite hospitality market. Excellence will be obtained by ensuring operational needs are met, superior customer service is provided, and the staff is trained and empowered. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of The Grand Ho Tram Strip property.

**Responsibilities**
- Helps facilitate daily operations of the Spa to reflect sophistication in services and seamless service to the customer.
- Giám sát, duy trì hoạt động spa theo quy định của bộ phận và công ty._
- Responsible for supervising and mentoring Therapists as per the established Spa Protocols, and Corporate Standards, Policies and Procedures.
- Giám sát nhân viên kỹ thật theo tiêu chuẩn của bộ phận spa._
- Proactively making certain the facility, services and equipment are clean and in optimal working order.
- Năng động, quyết đoán duy trì tiêu chuẩn của bộ phận spa, giữ vệ sinh, bảo trì bảo quản các thiết bị trong khu vực spa._
- Market and sell the spa facilities, services, and products conveying their opulence to the customer.
- Tư vấn khách hàng, quảng bá dịch vụ spa._
- Must practice methods, which comply with sanitation, and health guidelines established by local regulations and the Property’s Policies and Procedures.Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the Spa and Fitness areas.

- Conduct a daily walk-through and inspection of the spa, fitness and retail facilities.

- Ensure that inventories are conducted regularly and accurately for all retail products, linen and professional products.
- Giám sát kiểm kho những hàng hóa cần thiết cho bộ phận spa._
- Supervise spa reservations to ensure maximum yield and labor efficiency.
- Giám sát tình hình nhận khách để bảo đảm đạt được tối đa hiệu suất nguồn nhân lực để đạt được doanh thu._
- Ensures all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established safety and security standards.
- Bảo đảm mọi hoạt động diễn ra trong bộ phận đều phù hợp với tiêu chí kinh doanh của công ty, tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn an toàn và bảo mật._
- Trains, motivates, and provides regular communication to the team to deliver service with unmatched sophistication and professionalism while fostering a culture of accountability.

- Recommend personnel changes in assigned areas, including promotion, demotion, and vacations, leaves of absence and release of staff.
