Purpose

The Learning & Culture Experience Manager is an individual contributor responsible for shaping a consistent, engaging, and high-performance employee experience.

The role supports the design and delivery of learning, culture and talent initiatives that build organisational capability, embed desired behaviours, and uplift employee experience.

Working closely with the Head of HR and providing practical support to VP TA & TM and HRBP, this role ensures that all programmes are executed effectively and aligned with the organisation's purpose, values and people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Culture Activation & Behaviour Embedment

  • Drive culture activation initiatives that reinforce organisational values and behaviours.
  • Deliver culture communication and behavioural reinforcement content.
  • Run culture/behaviour pulse checks and prepare insight summaries.
  • Support culture rituals (recognition, onboarding culture modules).
  • Produce culture insights and recommendations for HR Head/SLT.

Learning & Capability Development

  • Act as a learning advisor to identify capability gaps and propose learning solutions.
  • Coordinate internal/external partners to deliver learning programmes.
  • Support workshop design and execution.
  • Manage end-to-end learning operations (vendors, logistics, communication, attendance, evaluation).

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Enhance onboarding (especially culture components).
  • Work with HRBP on engagement activities, recognition touchpoints and employee listening.
  • Conduct pulse surveys/focus groups to capture EX insights.
  • Provide insights and follow-up recommendations to HR Head/HRBP/stakeholders.

Employer Branding & Early Talent

  • Support employer branding initiatives (internal storytelling, culture content).
  • Coordinate university partnerships, campus activities and talent outreach.
  • Support internship programme delivery.
  • Collaborate with VP TA & TM on EB content and campaigns.

Project Coordination, Vendor & HR Support

  • Coordinate HR projects in learning, culture, EX or talent development.
  • Manage vendors/consultants to ensure quality, timelines and alignment.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, briefing notes and communication materials.
  • Support cross-functional HR requests where relevant expertise is required.

Change Enablement (Supporting Role)

  • Support communication and behavioural reinforcement during changes or new initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency of change messages across learning, culture and EX touchpoints.
  • Capture sentiment and adoption challenges, escalating insights to HR Head/HRBP.

Experience & Competencies

Experience

  • 4–7 years in HR, Learning, Culture, Talent Development, Employee Experience or related fields.
  • Experience with vendors, consultants and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Background in banking, fintech, MNC or large organisations is an advantage.
