: Business Development Manager/ Partnerships Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B business strategies for the company's English training products.
  • Manage and grow the B2B sales team, ensuring business targets are met.
  • Identify and develop potential B2B customers, expanding partnerships with businesses.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute business development strategies.
  • Work with the HR team to build and develop the sales team.
  • Monitor and report business results, ensuring performance and sales targets are achieved.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 4 years of experience with a proven track record of success, preferably in the Education/Training sector.
  • Strong skills in planning, organizing, and executing business activities in detail.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, persuasion, and relationship building with clients.
  • Good English communication skills (candidates with IELTS, TOEIC, or equivalent certificates are preferred).
  • Understanding of personalized education and a desire to develop personalized learning systems in English training.
