: Business Development Manager/ Partnerships Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement B2B business strategies for the company's English training products.
- Manage and grow the B2B sales team, ensuring business targets are met.
- Identify and develop potential B2B customers, expanding partnerships with businesses.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute business development strategies.
- Work with the HR team to build and develop the sales team.
- Monitor and report business results, ensuring performance and sales targets are achieved.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 4 years of experience with a proven track record of success, preferably in the Education/Training sector.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and executing business activities in detail.
- Leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation, persuasion, and relationship building with clients.
- Good English communication skills (candidates with IELTS, TOEIC, or equivalent certificates are preferred).
- Understanding of personalized education and a desire to develop personalized learning systems in English training.
