Product Manager Expert

Navigos Search's client is a Super App project currently in its early growth stage. The company is backed by a major tech group, gathering top IT and product talents both domestically and internationally. They offer an attractive salary and bonus package, and operate Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with C-level and Product leadership to define the AI product vision, strategic roadmap, and success metrics aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify high-impact AI opportunities through market research, user insights, and analysis of emerging technologies and trends.
  • Translate complex business challenges into well-defined AI use cases and prioritize initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and strategic value.
  • Work closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure successful product delivery — from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Establish KPIs and leverage experimentation frameworks to evaluate AI model performance and business outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure ethical, responsible, and transparent AI development and usage.
  • Act as an internal evangelist for AI innovation, fostering a data-driven, experimentation-oriented culture across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or AI/ML-driven product development, preferably within technology, SaaS, or data-centric organizations.
  • Proven track record in defining and executing AI product roadmaps, from concept to production.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and business acumen, able to translate technical capabilities into customer and business value.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills, especially with technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience in fast-paced or startup environments where innovation and cross-functional collaboration are key.
  • Bonus: Background in computer science, data science, or related fields; familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, or applied machine learning products.
