ABOUT THE JOB:

The roles and responsibilities of the
Accountant
include but are not limited to:

Accounting responsibilities:

· Check and verify invoices from vendors purchase on a monthly basis

· Ensure all invoices have full supporting documents, follow internal procedures are compliant with Vietnam Accounting Standards and Tax Regulations

· Input and control data via accounting software

· Preparing (print, classify and archive) hard copies of monthly accounting documentations for Senior/Chief Accountant to review and sign off

· Preparing and filing in master files for allocated clients

· Analyzing specific accounts/ transactions on regular basis and taking appropriate actions

· Preparing and completing ongoing corporate tax obligations and commitments

· Record all Fixed assets transactions (allocating freight charges, import tax if any) in the accounting system

· Ensure the accuracy of Fixed assets numbers, conducting regular audits and reconciliations, and correcting discrepancies

· Participate in physical Fixed counts and perform reconciliation to system to ensure the accuracy of Fixed assets records

· Support team members to prepare monthly financial reports.

· Participate in the tax inspection and audit process;

· Perform internal audit within the assigned tasks to ensure quality of work;

· Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Economic/Finance or equivalent

Employment/Professional Experience:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance field (Account payable and fixed asset experience are preferable)

· Can perform advanced function on MS Excel

· Has knowledge on basic finance and accounting principles and functions

· Familiar with SAP and accounting software is a plus
