We are looking for a Accounting Manager (Thạch Thất, Hanoi, Manufacturing)

Offer up to 65mil gross (depend on candidate's experience), plus great benefits

Working day: Mon to Fri, every other Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, leadership skills, and comprehensive knowledge of both Vietnam and international accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the accounting department, covering general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, taxation, and fixed asset management.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with VAS and, when applicable, IFRS or group reporting requirements.
  • Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Manage all tax-related matters, including CIT, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and interactions during tax audits.
  • Maintain effective communication with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, providing analytical insights to senior management.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to protect company assets and reduce financial risks.
  • Perform financial risk assessments and recommend enhancements.
  • Lead process optimization and automation initiatives within the accounting function, such as system upgrades and reporting improvements.
  • Collaborate with the global finance team on consolidation, intercompany transactions, and group reporting.
  • Train, mentor, and develop accounting staff to build a capable and high-performing team.
  • Offer strategic financial guidance to management to support decision-making, investments, and overall performance improvement.
  • Carry out additional related duties as needed.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Intermediate-level English proficiency.
  • Possession of a Chief Accountant certificate as well as ACCA or CPA credentials.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.

Preferred:

  • Strong English proficiency.
  • Directly relevant industry or role experience.
  • All required professional certifications.
