Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven
Digital Marketing Executive
whose primary mission is to
generate consistent warm leads
for the Enfue sales and partnerships team. This role is execution-focused and performance-oriented, sitting at the intersection of content, paid acquisition, CRM, and conversion optimization.

You will own the digital funnel from awareness to
Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
, working closely with sales to ensure lead quality, intent, and readiness.

Key Objectives

  • Generate
    high-quality warm leads
    (MQLs) from digital channels
  • Improve lead intent, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Support sales with well-nurtured, data-backed prospects
  • Build a predictable and scalable digital lead engine for Enfue

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across:
  • LinkedIn (organic & paid)
  • Google Ads (Search & Display)
  • Facebook / Meta Ads (where relevant)
  • Optimize campaigns to focus on
    intent-based actions
    (demo requests, contact forms, inbound inquiries)
  • Continuously test audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing pages to improve CPL and MQL rates

Content & Funnel Execution

  • Collaborate on or execute content that drives warm leads:
  • Landing pages
  • Lead magnets (guides, reports, hiring insights)
  • Case studies and success stories
  • Align content messaging with Enfue's value proposition for employers, recruiters, and hiring managers

Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing

  • Set up and manage email nurturing flows to move leads from cold → warm → sales-ready
  • Segment leads based on behavior, source, and intent
  • Work closely with sales to define MQL and SQL criteria

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and report on:
  • Lead volume, CPL, MQL rate
  • Conversion rates across the funnel
  • Campaign ROI and attribution
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM dashboards
  • Provide clear weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations

Sales Alignment

  • Coordinate with sales to validate lead quality
  • Iterate on targeting and messaging based on sales feedback
  • Support sales enablement with campaign insights and audience intelligence

Requirements

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles
  • Proven experience generating
    B2B warm leads
    for SaaS, HR tech, or professional services is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience with paid ads and lead funnels

Skills

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead funnels
  • Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills
  • Clear understanding of MQL, SQL, CAC, CPL, and conversion metrics
  • Good copywriting sense for ads, landing pages, and emails
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is an advantage
