About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Consultant (Client Success Partner) — a proactive, all-round marketer who can guide clients from ideation to execution.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is equally comfortable consulting clients as they are executing campaigns. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns while maintaining strong client relationships and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Strategy

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals and translating them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for clients — providing solutions and recommendations before being asked.
  • Develop multi-channel marketing plans aligned with each client's objectives.

Campaign Creation & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Create and manage newsletters, drip campaigns, and automations (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, or similar).
  • Manage social media content calendars and coordinate with design and content teams for asset production.

Sales & Client Conversion

  • Participate in discovery and consultation calls, guiding prospects toward the right solutions and helping close deals.
  • Execute follow-ups through cold email and direct messaging campaigns, maintaining a professional and consultative tone.

Content & Coordination

  • Perform light editing and design tasks using tools like Canva or short-form editing platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all client channels.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Communicate progress, wins, and improvement plans with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads management.
  • Experience with CRM and email automation tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and content coordination.
  • Basic design and editing skills (Canva or equivalent tools).
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Highly proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-time-zone environment.
