1. Description:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Deliver digital communications plan based on market priorities, with a focus on creating awareness and generating leads.
  • Understand the media landscape for Vietnam.

Campaign Management:

  • Support to deliver B2B and B2C (reputation) digital communication campaigns in alignment with agreed Comms plan.
  • Collaborate with digital agency partners and internal stakeholders to plan and execute campaign strategies, including Always-On (AWO) plans and detailed content calendars.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and responsiveness to feedback and performance metrics.

Content Development:

  • Localize, proof reading and translate creative assets across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Zalo, etc.
  • Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging.

Performance & Optimization:

  • Ability to use digital tools (Khoros, Pardot, PowerBI, Meta, LinkedIn…)
  • Monitor budget and ad performance to maximize ROI.

Event management:

  • Support to manage internal (Town Hall, Kick Off…) and external event led by Communications team, including: Brand guideline, content, project management and stakeholder engagement.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Support basic Internal Comms stuff (upload on screen, Viva post, Orbis post, Company's website…)
  • Prepare regular reports based on existing templates.

2. Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital communications, including content creation, social media management, and digital campaign execution.
  • Strong command of English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal, to support bilingual communications across platforms.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams, functions, and geographical locations.
  • Comfortable with remote working environments, demonstrating self-motivation, adaptability, and effective virtual communication skills
