You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels to attract, nurture, and convert potential customers into qualified leads for our ERP, Cloud, and Digital Solutions offerings.

This position is ideal for someone who loves combining creativity with analytics, enjoys building structured funnels, and wants to contribute directly to IntegrateX's sales pipeline and brand presence

Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute lead-gen strategies across Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Zalo, SEO, and website landing pages.
  • Build targeted buyer personas based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) for SAP, Odoo, Data, and Cloud segments.
  • Run A/B tests for creatives, messaging, and audience segmentation to improve lead quality and cost-per-lead (CPL).
  • Collaborate with Sales to define MQL/SQL criteria and ensure consistent quality of leads.

2.Marketing Funnel Management

  • Build and optimize full-funnel journeys (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention).
  • Create landing pages with clear value propositions, CTAs, and conversion tracking.
  • Design nurturing flows (email sequences, remarketing ads, content drips) to increase conversion rates from MQL → SQL → Opportunity.
  • Use analytics and attribution models to identify drop-off points and improve funnel performance.

3.Content & Campaign Execution

  • Develop engaging content to attract leads: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, ads, infographics, and social content.
  • Produce campaign assets for ERP & digital transformation topics (SAP/Odoo implementations, Data Warehouse, Cloud Migration, etc.).
  • Coordinate webinars, online events, and workshops to generate demand.

4.Tracking & Reporting

  • Manage performance dashboards for all campaigns (CPL, CAC, Conversion Rate, ROI).
  • Implement UTM tracking, conversion events, and marketing automation tools.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports and propose data-driven improvement plans.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or B2B lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital funnels, landing page optimization, and campaign analytics.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools ( Odoo or equivalent).
  • Experience with paid ads, SEO, and marketing automation is a strong advantage.
  • Creative, data-driven mindset with the ability to experiment and optimize continuously.
  • Bonus: Experience in IT, ERP, SaaS, or technology services marketing.
