Mục tiêu công việc

Xây dựng, triển khai và tối ưu các mô hình ngôn ngữ lớn (LLM) phục vụ cho các ứng dụng thực tế như chatbot, trợ lý ảo, phân tích dữ liệu, hệ thống hỏi đáp và tự động hóa nghiệp vụ doanh nghiệp.

Nhiệm vụ chính

  • Nghiên cứu & Phát triển (R&D):
  • Tìm hiểu, triển khai và tinh chỉnh (fine-tuning) các mô hình LLM (GPT, LLaMA, Qwen, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek…).
  • Ứng dụng các kỹ thuật như LoRA, RAG, Prompt Engineering để tối ưu hiệu suất.
  • Xây dựng pipeline huấn luyện và đánh giá model.
  • Triển khai & Tích hợp:
  • Xây dựng hệ thống API và dịch vụ tích hợp LLM vào sản phẩm.
  • Thiết kế kiến trúc lưu trữ, quản lý vector database (FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate) cho RAG.
  • Tích hợp LLM với ứng dụng web/app/ERP/CRM, đảm bảo trải nghiệm người dùng mượt mà.
  • Tối ưu hóa:
  • Giảm chi phí tính toán và tối ưu hiệu năng model (quantization, distillation).
  • Đảm bảo khả năng mở rộng và độ trễ thấp trong môi trường production.
  • Theo dõi, đánh giá và cải thiện chất lượng đầu ra của model.
  • An toàn & Tuân thủ:
  • Phát hiện và giảm thiểu hallucination, bias, hoặc nội dung không phù hợp.
  • Tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn về bảo mật dữ liệu và đạo đức AI.
Your skills and experience

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Kiến thức chuyên môn:
  • Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành CNTT, Khoa học dữ liệu, Toán – Tin hoặc liên quan.
  • Thành thạo Python và thư viện AI/ML: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Kinh nghiệm với LLMs, NLP, hoặc Generative AI.
  • Kỹ năng kỹ thuật:
  • Có kinh nghiệm triển khai fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering.
  • Hiểu biết về MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, LangChain, Ray).
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với cloud AI (AWS, GCP, Azure) hoặc on-premise GPU cluster.
  • Kỹ năng mềm:
  • Khả năng giải quyết vấn đề, phân tích và sáng tạo.
  • Làm việc nhóm tốt, giao tiếp rõ ràng.
  • Tư duy cầu tiến, sẵn sàng cập nhật công nghệ mới.

Ưu tiên

  • Có đóng góp cho dự án open-source (ví dụ: Hugging Face, LangChain).
  • Kinh nghiệm triển khai ứng dụng AI thực tế (chatbot, hệ thống Q&A, phân tích dữ liệu).
  • Có hiểu biết về bảo mật AI và kiểm soát rủi ro (AI Safety, Alignment).
