We are looking for:

Your job will be to work as a key part of our AI team, helping to build, test, and deploy our cutting-edge AI solutions. You will be "rolling up your sleeves"—prototyping new models, writing production-level code, and collaborating closely with our AI Lead, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge AI (LLMs, GenAI, RAG) successfully into our production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in detailed R&D: Read and analyze scientific papers, experiment with new AI models, and help benchmark/fine-tune for optimal performance.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable prototype and production code.
• Stay updated on advanced AI technologies, including LLMs, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Multimodal models, and more.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of experiments with clear metrics to evaluate feasibility and effectiveness.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Develop, build, and integrate AI systems (APIs, backend, UI flow) into the company's existing products.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to transition solutions from proof-of-concept (PoC) to full production.
• Contribute to optimizing the cost and performance of our AI systems.
• Take responsibility for the quality of your code and contributions to project success.

Role Requirements:

• Solid hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models, especially in NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply knowledge from scientific papers.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python is strongly preferred) and common AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Experience with building and integrating systems via APIs.
• Good technical writing and documentation skills.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, "can-do" mindset.
• Good communication skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
