Job description
  • Nghiên cứu, thiết kế và triển khai các mô hình trí tuệ nhân tạo trong lĩnh vực phần mềm đặc biệt là ChatBot hoặc Giáo dục: machine learning, deep learning, NLP (Natural Language Processing),...
  • Thu thập, xử lý và phân tích dữ liệu để huấn luyện và tối ưu mô hình AI.
  • Hợp tác với các bộ phận khác (Product Owner, Software Engineer) để tích hợp mô hình AI vào hệ thống, sản phẩm thực tế
  • Giám sát hiệu suất và cải tiến liên tục các thuật toán và mô hình AI trong quá trình vận hành.
  • Tối ưu hóa chi phí tính toán và tốc độ xử lý cho các giải pháp AI
  • Cập nhật và ứng dụng các công nghệ AI mới nhất trong ngành để nâng cao hiệu quả sản phẩm/dịch vụ trong lĩnh vực giáo dục
  • Đề xuất các phương án phát triển và cải tiến AI
Your skills and experience
  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành CNTT, Khoa học máy tính, Toán tin, hoặc các ngành liên quan.
  • Có 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong các sản phẩm AI. (Ưu tiên sản phẩm ChatBot AI)
  • Thành thạo ít nhất một trong các ngôn ngữ lập trình: Python, Java, C++, R (ưu tiên Python)
  • Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm thực tế về các thư viện/framework AI: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face,…
  • Hiểu và triển khai được pipeline RAG, làm việc với vector DB (FAISS, Qdrant, Pinecone,…)
  • Kinh nghiệm xây dựng AI Agent đa nhiệm bằng Langchain, LlamaIndex…
  • Thành thạo kỹ thuật: Prompt engineering, function calling, chain-of-thought, tool usage
  • Nắm vững kiến thức: thống kê, xác suất, machine learning, tối ưu hóa
  • Tư duy logic, khả năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt, tinh thần học hỏi và cập nhật công nghệ mới.
  • Có khả năng nghiên cứu và cải tiến liên tục chatbot AI
  • Ưu tiên: Kinh nghiệm triển khai mô hình AI vào môi trường sản phẩm thực tế; triển khai mô hình AI trên nền tảng đám mây (AWS, GCP, Azure); sử dụng Docker, Kubernetes hoặc các công cụ MLOps.
