Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their culinary needs, and promoting the company's diverse product portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales visits, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, managing accounts, and following up on deliveries or concerns. The Sales Executive will collaborate with both internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Account Management skills, including negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Find out the needs of customers to develop business. Search for new/potential customers
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by management
  • Knowledge of the food service industry, culinary trends, and an understanding of sourcing premium ingredients
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese
  • Make sure to complete the following working plan, and send the report on time.
