TRÁCH NHIỆM
1. Xây dựng & triển khai chương trình Đào tạo

  • Lập kế hoạch đào tạo hàng năm, triển khai các chương trình nội bộ và bên ngoài.
  • Trực tiếp xây dựng tài liệu và giảng dạy một số module.
  • Quản lý đa dạng hình thức đào tạo: e-learning, coaching, hội thảo.
  • Đánh giá, cải tiến nội dung đào tạo theo phản hồi và nhu cầu phát triển nhân sự.
  • Ứng dụng công nghệ và xu hướng mới trong đào tạo.

2. Hội nhập & Văn hóa Doanh nghiệp

  • Triển khai chương trình
    onboarding

, giúp nhân viên mới hòa nhập nhanh chóng.
- Triển khai chương trình
Buddy-Buddy

, hỗ trợ nhân viên trong giai đoạn thử việc.
- Phát triển và tổ chức các hoạt động gắn kết văn hóa doanh nghiệp.

3. Truyền thông nội bộ & Phát triển lộ trình nghề nghiệp

  • Phối hợp tổ chức hoạt động truyền thông nội bộ, sự kiện, team-building.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận để phát triển lộ trình nghề nghiệp.

YÊU CẦU

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học.
  • Từ 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực đào tạo và phát triển tổ chức.
  • Thành thạo MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Chủ động, trách nhiệm, kỹ năng giao tiếp và xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt.
  • Kỹ năng tổ chức, quản lý thời gian hiệu quả.
