Key Responsibilities

  • Review and summarize RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from Canadian government and enterprise clients.
  • Prepare and organize administrative proposal documents required for submission, ensuring all forms, certifications, and attachments are complete and compliant.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to gather, verify, and format information for proposal completion.
  • Format, proofread, and finalize documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage timelines and ensure the on-time submission of all deliverables.
  • Maintain an organized library of standard templates, documents, and supporting materials for future use.
  • Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to enhance efficiency, consistency, and document quality.
  • Support internal reviews and compliance checks related to procurement and proposal documentation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal documentation, templates, and internal workflows.

Skill Requirements

Must have:

  • Excellent English reading and writing skills.
  • Strong ability to summarize, write, and format business documents clearly.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Self-managed and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace; experience with proposal tools like RFPIO or Loopio is an asset.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Pre-Sales, or Business Support in a tech or SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement frameworks.
