Job Title: Sales Support Officer

Work Arrangement:

Key Responsibilities

  • Make stock balance for assigned key accounts by proactive getting them order, reminding customer to receive goods, support to prepare delivery documents.
  • Receive purchase order/ sales order/ rolling forecast from sales team or customer then proceed those orders with related departments.
  • Support commercial team to follow up regular orders/projects with some of customers.
  • Support sales create new product code, vendor code, and customer code on system if needed.
  • Support sales to compose all documents for approval, quotation, contract, and other document as customers requested.
  • Support sales to order gift, calendar, and notebook; even support sales to make list and order gift for customers.
  • Support the others works related when sales team are on field.
  • Support sales to ask for payment plans from customer if any overdue, collect bad debts from customers.
  • Support sales to update FC of sales in the system monthly.
  • Follow up urgent order by air/ late shipments etc so that the sales team & SSO can inform customers promptly.
  • Support sales to follow up with CS, finance for SO release in term of any internal approval needed (overdue, over credit limit etc)
  • Support sales to solve customer complaints related to product quality and late deliveries etc.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemical Engineering (preferred), or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (experience in the chemical industry is an advantage).
  • Experienced with using a Customer Relationship Management system to manage and monitor business. Knowledge of chemical safety regulations (MSDS, GHS) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
