We're looking for a Content Creator to support Bayer Crop Science's Digital Venture team in Vietnam. The ideal candidate is a
creative and tech-savvy storyteller
who can take full ownership of content creation — from concept to publication — across multiple languages, formats, and countries. This is an opportunity to work for a regional digital innovation team in Asia operating within a Global Fortune 500 company.

You'll work at the intersection of
creativity, AI, and community
, shaping the voice of B-Anywhere and co-creating with farmers, retailers, and local KOLs to tell real stories that move people in rural communities across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead content creation end-to-end
    — ideation, scripting, shooting (or coordinating shoots), editing, and publishing across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Use
    AI tools (e.g., text-to-video, voice cloning, AI avatars, content repurposing)
    to scale high-quality content fast.
  • Translate and localize stories for
    different markets
    (Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, and beyond), ensuring cultural relevance and emotional authenticity.
  • Identify and experiment with
    new content pillars
    based on rural life, humor, and real farmer insights — making agri content entertaining and relatable.
  • Partner with internal teams and rural customers to capture authentic, on-the-ground stories.
  • Maintain a
    structured content calendar
    and drive consistent delivery across markets.
  • Monitor content performance, analyze engagement, and iterate quickly to improve impact.
  • Stay on top of
    social trends, sub-culture, and AI creative tools
    to keep B-Anywhere ahead of the curve.
  • Support marketing operations, service design, and product building work streams as needed

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in
    social media content creation, video storytelling, or creative marketing
    .
  • Proven ability to
    own and deliver creative projects independently
    — from idea to post.
  • Strong command of
    short-form storytelling
    and understanding of engagement mechanics on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Passionate about
    rural communities, farmers, and cross-cultural storytelling
    .
  • Familiarity or hands-on experience with
    AI creative tools
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
