Job Summary: Content Creator (TikTok/Short/Reel) at PATI Group

PATI Group, a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in dietary supplements, is looking for a performance-focused Content Creator. The goal is to produce high-impact, short-form video ads (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that drive sales and support the company's mission to become Vietnam's industry leader by 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content That Converts (80%):
  • Take full ownership of producing 2–3 high-impact short video ads per day, from scripting and filming to editing.
  • Write scroll-stopping hooks, persuasive CTAs, and story angles focused on driving paid performance (ROAS).
  • Repurpose existing assets (reviews, briefs) into new video ads.
  • Research & Strategy (20%):
  • Study top-performing DTC ads in the health and wellness space to extract insights.
  • Stay ahead of converting trends, formats, and creative angles.
  • Brainstorm and pitch 3–5 fresh, high-converting video ideas daily.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:
    3-5 years creating high-performing short-form content for social platforms.
  • Core Skills:

+ Content Creation:
Strong at writing hooks, engaging scripts, and captions.

+ Video Editing:
Proficient in CapCut or equivalent tools.

+ Design:
Basic graphic design skills (Canva).

+ Language:
Good command of English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent).

+ Strategy:
Experience managing or scaling a strategic short-form video channel (focused on value/storytelling, not just trend replication).

+ Nice-to-have:
Experience with paid ads or DTC brands.

Compensation and Working Conditions

  • Compensation:
    Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives.
  • Career Path:

  • Location:
    On-site at 18 Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Working Hours:
  • Monday - Friday:
    8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Saturday (Culture Day):
    6:30 AM - 9:00 AM (for team runs and weekly reflections).
  • Note: Applicants must agree to the on-site location and Saturday morning hours.
