I- Mô tả công việc:

Technical Writer Intern sẽ tham gia vào quá trình xây dựng và hoàn thiện hệ thống tài liệu kỹ thuật của công ty.

  • Thu thập thông tin từ các chuyên gia, đội phát triển hoặc người dùng để hiểu rõ về sản phẩm, quy trình hoặc hệ thống.
  • Biên soạn, chỉnh sửa và trình bày tài liệu kỹ thuật (hướng dẫn sử dụng, mô tả hệ thống, quy trình vận hành, v.v.).
  • Chuẩn hóa cách trình bày, ngôn ngữ và thuật ngữ trong các tài liệu.
  • Hỗ trợ cập nhật, quản lý và lưu trữ tài liệu trong hệ thống nội bộ.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận kỹ thuật, thiết kế, sản phẩm để đảm bảo tài liệu chính xác, rõ ràng và dễ hiểu.

II- Yêu cầu ứng viên:

Thu thập thông tin:

  • Có khả năng
    phỏng vấn chuyên gia
    bằng các câu hỏi trọng tâm.
  • Quan sát quy trình thực tế
    , hiểu cách sản phẩm hoặc hệ thống hoạt động.
  • Đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật
    bằng tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt.
  • Tổng hợp thông tin
    từ nhiều nguồn để tạo nội dung thống nhất.

Biên soạn và trình bày:

  • Viết
    rõ ràng, logic
    , diễn giải nội dung phức tạp thành ngôn ngữ dễ hiểu.
  • Biết
    cấu trúc tài liệu hợp lý
    , dễ tra cứu.
  • Cẩn thận,
    không lỗi chính tả
    , thống nhất thuật ngữ.

Sử dụng công cụ:

  • Thành thạo
    Word, Google Docs
    hoặc các công cụ biên soạn tương tự.
  • Có hiểu biết cơ bản về
    Canva, Figma, Visio
    để minh họa hoặc thiết kế trình bày nội dung.

Giao tiếp và phối hợp:

  • Biết
    diễn giải yêu cầu và phản hồi
    của nhiều bên liên quan.
  • Có khả năng
    làm rõ thông tin mâu thuẫn
    và thuyết phục bằng lý lẽ logic.

Tư duy hệ thống và quản lý tri thức:

  • Biết
    xây dựng cấu trúc lưu trữ tài liệu
    dễ tra cứu.
  • Có
    tư duy chuẩn hóa nội dung
    , cập nhật phiên bản định kỳ.
  • Giữ cho tài liệu
    nhất quán, dễ bảo trì và mở rộng
    .
