What you will do

  • Write and update user-facing guides, FAQs, playbooks, and one-pagers.
  • Organize documentation categories, pages, and navigation for easy access.
  • Maintain a product glossary and ensure terminology consistency across UI, docs, and internal materials.
  • Track product releases, identify documentation updates, and retire outdated content.
  • Create concise resources that enable CSM and Support teams to share information quickly.

Who you are

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical writing, product documentation, or SaaS content.
  • Excellent written English and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools such as Notion, Confluence, GitBook, or Zendesk Guide.

Nice to Have

  • UX writing or content design experience.
  • Ability to create simple diagrams or visual aids.
  • Background in software development, QA, or product operations.
