We are now expanding our presence in Southeast Asia, with our regional office based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Junior Business Development & Marketing Executive to build our sales and marketing operations from the ground up in Vietnam and the wider Southeast Asian market. You'll work closely with the Regional Director to design and execute strategies for lead generation, outreach, and brand visibility.

The position starts as a 3-month contract, with the opportunity to extend or transition to a permanent role based on performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1/ Build the Foundation

  • Set up FieldPro's local sales and marketing infrastructure – CRM, lead generation tools, email automations, and outreach workflows.
  • Partner with the Regional Director to plan the B2B growth strategy before execution.

2/ Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Identify and qualify potential enterprise clients across target industries (FMCG, agriculture, financial services, and distribution).
  • Execute and optimize outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline and ensure accurate data in CRM.
  • Support with preparation of presentations, proposals, and client demos.

3/ Digital Marketing & Content

  • Create SEO-optimized content (articles, case studies, social posts) to improve our visibility in local markets.
  • Manage FieldPro's LinkedIn presence and coordinate local digital campaigns.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and lead metrics.

4/ Market Insights & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential partners, and competitive positioning.
  • Contribute ideas to improve our regional go-to-market approach.
  • Support organization of local events, workshops, or client meetings.

About you

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or marketing (preferably in tech or SaaS).
  • Experience in SEO, content creation & sales.
  • Speaking English and Vietnamese.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset - comfortable experimenting with automation tools.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude: proactive, creative, and able to work independently.
  • Based in Ho Chi Minh City.
