Job Responsibilities

1. Product Marketing & Category Strategy Development

Conduct analysis of shopper trends, competitors, and category performance to identify opportunities.

Develop and execute trade marketing calendars (product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns).

Propose pricing and product positioning strategies aligned with market insights.

Coordinate monthly promotional plans with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Finance).

1. POSM Development & Merchandising Execution

Design and implement attractive sales concepts, planograms, and POS displays.

Work with suppliers to develop POSM and ensure quality standards.

Oversee timely delivery of POSM to all stores, ensuring continuous improvement in visibility.

1. Brand Activation & Campaign Management

Lead brand activation programs, in-store activities, and consumer engagement events.

Coordinate product launches, roadshows, and customer activation campaigns.

Ensure consistent brand image across channels and campaigns.

1. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead and mentor the Marketing team to deliver strong execution and performance.

Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and E-commerce for seamless trade plan execution.

Provide reports on trade campaign effectiveness, ROI, and sales impact.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial/leadership role.

Strong background in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.

Proven track record in marketing strategy development, trade marketing, and brand management.

Experience in both offline (retail/trade marketing) and online (digital/e-commerce) channels.

Skills & Qualities:

Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical thinking.

Ability to transform data into actionable insights and successful campaigns.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Creative mindset combined with strong execution and project management abilities.
