Job Responsibilities

  • Execute product display activities (POSM), including shelf setup and promotional booth installation at supermarkets, malls, and retail stores according to approved plans.
  • Monitor and ensure all display materials are sufficient, compliant with brand standards, and replenished in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to propose effective display solutions that optimize space and attract customers.
  • Inspect and supervise the execution of visual merchandising to ensure brand image consistency across retail touchpoints.
  • Report performance results, product status, POSM usage, and propose improvement initiatives.
  • Support planning and execution of in-store promotions, sampling activities, and trade programs.
  • Collect market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to propose effective trade marketing strategies.
  • Manage POSM production, allocation, and inventory for campaigns and retail points.
  • Track POSM budgets and handle payment documentation.
  • Prepare proposal slides for marketing initiatives and activations.
  • Support business performance analysis and recommend promotional programs.

Job Requirements

  • College/University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience in Trade Marketing or Field Sales; experience in FMCG or household goods is a plus.
  • Strong communication, task coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive, hardworking, and willing to travel frequently.
  • Ability to work independently and handle issues flexibly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
