- JOB PURPOSE

Support trade marketing activities, including but not limited to trade promotion, activation, samplingand related tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Trade Marketing
- Develop and manage the implementation of trade promotions to meet the business’ objective.
- Make report and evaluation for trade promotions to generate insights and recommended actions.
- Liaise with agencies/suppliers on trade marketing projects (activation, POSM development ).
- Support the development of Channel standard, Channel segmentation and trade-related project under manager.

New Product Development Support
- Coordinate with project owners and stakeholders to develop and track NPD projects to successfully launch new products/services.
- Follow up with timeline, track tasks and push people to complete tasks on time in full.

Sales Operation
- Make regular Sales report to generate insights (seasonality, sales behavior, trends ) to support decision making.
- Build slides and report for managers for business review meetings.

The job involves frequent market visits (frequency and schedule not specified) as a necessary part for market understanding and other admin tasks (contracts, payment requisition, promo registration...) to help fulfill the job of the Sales & Marketing department.

- Proactive, can-do attitude, energetic and entreupreneurial
