I. Job Overview

We are looking for a
Chinese-speaking Assistant cum Business Development Executive
to support senior management in developing and maintaining partnerships with
KOLs, Influencers, and Marketing Agencies
. This role requires strong communication skills, coordination ability, and understanding of the
Forex/CFDs industry
.

II. Key Responsibilities

1. Assistant & Coordination

  • Accompany and support senior management in meetings with
    KOLs, Influencers, and Agencies
  • Act as a
    Chinese – Vietnamese interpreter
    during meetings and negotiations
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and follow-up summaries
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and business trips when required

2. Business Development (Marketing-focused)

  • Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with
    KOLs, IBs, and Marketing Agencies
  • Support negotiations on cooperation terms, contracts, and campaign execution
  • Assist in managing KOL/Agency performance and tracking campaign results
  • Conduct market research on
    Forex/CFDs marketing trends
    , competitors, and potential partners

3. Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure campaigns align with company policies
  • Support internal communication between HQ and local teams

III. Job Requirements

1. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields
  • At least
    1–2 years of experience
    in
    Assistant, BD, Marketing, or Partnership roles
  • Experience in
    Forex/CFDs, Financial Services, or Digital Marketing
    is a strong advantage

2. Language Skills

  • Fluent Chinese (Mandarin)
    – speaking, listening, reading, and writing
  • Good command of
    English
    is a plus

3. Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Professional appearance and confident working with senior stakeholders and partners
  • Good MS Office / Google Workspace skills
