Blitz IT, a leading banking & financial technology provider with 150+ clients across 10 countries, is expanding in Vietnam We're looking for a self-driven Sales Assistant working in Hanoi office to support Sales team in grow business, secure new deals, and drive revenue in the financial IT sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. You will primarily be in charge of scheduling and preparing our sales team for important documentation (contract/ bidding...). You will provide outstanding customer service by liasoning between the sales team and the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Customer & Order Management:
    Process orders, invoices, and quotes; respond to inquiries; resolve issues; maintain customer records...
  • Bid Preparation & Writing:
    Liaise with sales, technical experts, finance, and legal teams to gather necessary information and resources to ensure high quality and adherence to requirements and standards.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    Identify new business opportunities via networking, cold calls, and market research
  • Administrative Tasks:
    Handle sales documentation, proposals, and contracts; assist with sales forecasting and market research.
  • Account Management:
    Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, looking for upsell opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Organizational Skills:
    Excellent time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Communication:
    Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Good speaking and writting in English
  • Analytical Ability:
    Commercial acumen, financial understanding, and ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Software Proficiency:
    High-level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactivity:
    Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and take initiative.
