Nhiệm vụ chính

  • Tìm kiếm và tiếp cận khách hàng tiềm năng trong lĩnh vực xây dựng và nội thất.
  • Lập kế hoạch chi tiết cho các dự án thi công, bao gồm tiến độ, ngân sách và nguồn lực.
  • Đàm phán và ký kết hợp đồng với khách hàng, đảm bảo tuân thủ các điều khoản và điều kiện đã thỏa thuận.
  • Làm việc chặt chẽ với các bên thi công và thiết kế để đảm bảo các giải pháp được triển khai đúng theo yêu cầu kỹ thuật và thẩm mỹ.
  • Nghiên cứu thị trường, đối thủ cạnh tranh và xu hướng ngành để đề xuất các chiến lược kinh doanh hiệu quả.
  • Thực hiện các hoạt động marketing và quảng bá dịch vụ của công ty.
  • Duy trì và cập nhật hồ sơ khách hàng, hợp đồng và tài liệu dự án.
  • Báo cáo định kỳ về tiến độ công việc và kết quả kinh doanh cho cấp trên.

Yêu cầu

  • Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm sales

(ưu tiên ngành nội thất, xây dựng, bất động sản, hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan).
- Kỹ năng đàm phán, thuyết phục và xây dựng quan hệ tốt.
- Chủ động, linh hoạt và thích ứng tốt trong môi trường làm việc năng động.
- Sử dụng được tiếng Anh trong giao tiếp và công việc là một điểm cộng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the construction and interior industry.
  • Develop detailed plans for construction projects, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Negotiate and sign contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
  • Work closely with contractors and design teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to technical and aesthetic requirements.
  • Research the market, competitors, and industry trends to propose effective business strategies.
  • Carry out marketing activities and promote the company's services.
  • Maintain and update customer records, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Provide regular reports on work progress and business performance to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
    (preferably in interior design, construction, real estate, or related industries).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • English communication skill is a plus.
