Job Summary
The Manager, Digital Platforms is responsible for the implementation, continuous improvement, and performance management of digital sales and engagement platforms. This role oversees end-to-end operations, user experience, and content optimization to drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The position works closely with business units, IT, vendors, and partners to ensure platform alignment with strategic objectives and digital transformation priorities.
General ResponsibilitiesPlatform Management & Optimization
- Manage and optimize platform content, user experience, and overall performance in collaboration with business, client and functional teams.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance usability, engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee nationwide roll-out, extension, and lifecycle management of company and partner digital platforms.
- Ensure platform consistency, compliance, and alignment with business and market needs.
Digital Transformation & Projects
- Act as key liaison for partners, IT, and stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute multiple digital-related projects, including customer portals, eCommerce, and digital sales tools.
- Identify, test, and scale pilot initiatives ("Test, Learn, Scale") to improve platform capabilities and business outcomes.
- Anticipate and resolve issues or dependencies that may impact project delivery or platform performance.
Performance & Analytics
- Define, monitor, and analyze platform KPIs such as adoption rate, engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.
- Manage budgets related to platform development, optimization, and marketing activities, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
- Conduct surveys and market assessments to understand user needs, competitor benchmarks, and emerging trends.
- Develop insights and reports to guide business decisions and strategic improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate collaboration across internal departments, external partners, and clients to ensure project success and platform adoption.
- Support business units and partners in onboarding, training, and post-launch operations.
- Identify value-added solutions within the platform ecosystem that can be commercialized or integrated into client offerings.
People & Process
- Lead, assign, train, and evaluate team members within the scope of responsibility.
- Exercise autonomy in work execution while ensuring compliance with legal and corporate regulations.
- Propose operational enhancements and best practices to management for continuous improvement.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant roles, including at least 2 years in digital platform or product management.
- Proven experience in managing or developing digital platforms, preferably in healthcare, technology, or B2B e-commerce.
- Experience leading cross-functional digital projects and vendor coordination.
- Trade marketing or business development experience is an advantage.
Competencies
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and quantitative capabilities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).
- Sound understanding of digital platform technologies and user-centric design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields
