Role Description

Bloomberg Businessweek Vietnam is seeking a dynamic, creative, and strategically minded Digital Content Manager to lead our digital content initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, producing, executing, and optimizing digital content to enhance brand visibility, attract and engage audiences, and support the company's business growth objectives.

This role requires close collaboration with internal teams—including editorial, marketing, media partners, and commercial departments—to ensure high-quality content delivery, brand consistency, and effective communication across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with Bloomberg Businessweek Vietnam's brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate content production across digital channels, delivering engaging and value-driven content for platforms including website, social media, email, and video.
  • Manage the digital editorial calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and seasonally relevant content flow.
  • Collaborate with editorial and design teams to create high-quality, multimedia content such as articles, visuals, infographics, short-form videos, interviews, and virtual event assets.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve search rankings and maximize digital conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Work closely with the commercial and partnerships teams to develop content that supports communications campaigns, sponsorship initiatives, and strategic collaborations.
  • Stay up to date with content trends and emerging digital tools/technologies, and incorporate relevant innovations into the content strategy.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in digital content, digital marketing, or multi-platform media, preferably within an agency, media, or publishing environment.
  • Proven experience in content planning and management for a brand or media project, supported by a strong portfolio.

Professional Skills:

  • Proficiency in major digital platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, email marketing, Google Analytics, and familiarity with AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Strategic thinking with a data-informed approach to content development.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for tone, language, and emerging media trends.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
