Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand communication strategies for This role oversees the internal content team and cross-functional communication initiatives to strengthen brand image, enhance customer engagement, and drive brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Communication Strategy:
- Develop quarterly and annual brand communication roadmaps and campaign plans.
- Define brand tone of voice, key messages, and visual identity across platforms.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of brand communication across all channels.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage the internal
content team (3–5 members)
: assign tasks, review output, and evaluate performance. - Build clear workflow processes from briefing to publishing.
- Coach and develop the team in storytelling, brand thinking, and content creation by platform.
Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch product, collection, and sales campaigns.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Ensure every campaign has clear objectives, cohesive content direction, and measurable results.
Owned Media & Content Operations:
- Manage and optimize content across owned media channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, website, app, and email marketing.
- Develop and approve monthly/quarterly content calendars.
- Maintain brand consistency and content quality in every touchpoint.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Track key communication KPIs: reach, engagement, traffic, and time-on-site.
- Analyze customer insights and audience behavior to optimize content performance.
- Continuously test creative concepts to enhance brand communication impact.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Communication Lead, Content Lead, Social Media Manager, Brand Content Manager).
- Prefer candidates from retail, fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, or creative agency backgrounds.
Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking in content and brand communication.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.
- Mastery in storytelling, tone of voice, and creative concept development.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms and content formats.
- Proficient in reading and analyzing data from Meta, Google Analytics, TikTok Insights, etc.
