Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service cum Sales Support position located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves managing day-to-day customer service operations, handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing phone support, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Additionally, this role will support the sales team in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer relationships.
