About the Category Management Department
The Category Management Department at GHN is the pivotal, data-driven unit responsible for driving operational excellence and strategy execution in the SME segment. We translate business objectives into high-performance processes by focusing on:
- Strategic Pricing & Planning: Developing pricing models and executing sales/business plans.
- Policy & Process Optimization: Setting clear policies and streamlining daily operations for efficiency.
- Risk & Compliance: Implementing rigorous internal controls and ensuring system compliance.

Job Summary
We seek a results-oriented Category Executive to ensure the effective translation of SME strategy into operational reality via system configuration and execution. The role centers on the control and optimization of critical processes, particularly Pricing and Sales Compliance. The Executive acts as the central link for policy deployment to the Sales Team and utilizes data analysis extensively to monitor performance, compliance, and generate actionable insights, adhering strictly to the principles of Timeliness, Consistency, and Accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Pricing & System Execution (60% Operational Focus)
This section focuses on the accurate configuration, control, and execution of core pricing and sales processes.
Pricing System Configuration & Catalog Management
Design & Configuration:
Design pricing tables (based on strategy/sales requirements) and create necessary files for accurate system configuration.- Catalog Management:
Store and maintain the official pricing catalog, ensuring its integrity and accessibility. - Contract Setup:
Configure surcharges and contract-related parameters on the system for customer agreements. - Workflow & Visibility:
Accurately set up price approval workflows (between configuration staff and management) and control visibility for the Sales Team. Legal Compliance:
Monitor, store documentation, and coordinate with the Legal department for necessary legal registration of pricing tables.Sales Process Execution
E-form Execution:
Drive the execution of standard business processes designed on e-forms.Operational Management:
Manage critical operational tasks such as customer lead transfer, account changes, and enterprise eKYC.Price Reconciliation & Risk Control
Price Reconciliation:
Perform reconciliation of pricing and surcharges (e.g., monthly return fees) to address sales price variances.- Commitment Reconciliation:
Conduct project/volume-based reconciliation to adjust preferential prices/discounts based on customer volume commitment achievement. - Risk Control:
Perform reconciliation checks to control risks related to sales scope, pricing, and potential process abuse (e.g., cheating, promotion misuse).
B. Reporting & Business Planning Support (40% Data Analytics Focus)
This section focuses on providing strategic data, tracking performance, and supporting planning cycles.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Revenue Tracking:
Prepare and monitor actual revenue vs. target reports for sales teams (Region/Head Office).Planning Support:
Assist with sales forecast updates (Yearly to Weekly) and target sales allocation.Incentive & Optimization
Incentive Support:
Support incentive calculations based on the published Scheme (e.g., fixed business commission structure/calculation).- Data-Driven Optimization:
Utilize robust data analysis to monitor operational performance, reinforce the data culture, and provide actionable recommendations for process optimization.
Qualifications:
Experience & Education
Experience:
Minimum of
1 year
of proven experience in a practical, data-focused role (e.g., Operations Executive, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst).- Sector Preference:
Strong preference for candidates with experience in
high-execution, data-intensive environments
(e.g., E-commerce, Logistics, or E-wallet). - Key Advantage:
Prior experience in owning
system configuration (Operational Admin)
and executing
reconciliation/risk control tasks
(e.g., managing pricing tables). Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.Core Skills & Mindset
Operational & Control Mindset:
Ability to exercise operational executive thinking, demonstrate
process ownership
, and maintain high accountability for data/configuration
Accuracy

Practical experience managing and performing
system configuration (Admin tasks)
on platforms like CRM or specialized Pricing Configuration/Admin tools. - Core Integrity:
