HR - Admin Manager

Job Description
The HRM will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all human resources activities within the company, including:
1. Recruitment and Training:
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Implement recruitment processes for necessary positions based on the company's development needs.
- Establish and coordinate onboarding and employee training programs.
- Develop internal training plans and collaborate with departments to enhance employee skills.
2. Policy and Process Management:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant regulations.
- Provide guidance and advice on HR matters to the Board of Directors and relevant departments.
3. Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Management:
- Develop salary, bonus, and benefits policies.
- Manage social insurance, health insurance, and employee welfare policies.
- Review and approve payroll and benefits on a monthly basis.
4. Corporate Culture Management:
- Build and maintain company culture, fostering engagement among departments.
- Organize HR activities, team-building events, and internal company events.
- Support conflict resolution to create a positive and effective working environment.
5. Administrative and HR Management:
- Monitor attendance, labor contracts, and employee records.
- Develop and manage administrative processes.
- Oversee office assets and equipment to ensure a comfortable working environment.
- Assist in organizing logistics for internal events and company activities.
6. Support for the Board of Directors:
- Execute tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Provide recommendations and solutions to optimize HR operations.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between the Board of Directors and other departments.
Job Requirements
- Experience:
At least 3 years as an HRM or HRBP in an agency, event, marketing, or small-to-medium enterprise environment. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. - Skills:
HR management, communication, negotiation, leadership. - Knowledge:
Labor laws and HR-related regulations. - Attitude:
Detail-oriented, flexible, responsible, and improvement-driven.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible hours). - Welfare:

- Monthly parking allowance for employees.
- Other allowances:
- Bonus for exceeding sales volume (if any): Bonus according to company regulations when exceeding sales targets set for the year, bonus paid twice in February and June.
- 13th-month salary.
