Title: HR & Admin Intern
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administration
- Manage general office operations, including supplies purchasing, water delivery, and vendor coordination for maintenance and repairs.
- Support logistics arrangements such as hotel and flight bookings for business trips.
- Handle document management — scanning, storing, and mailing official correspondence.
- Assist with business card printing, event preparation, and other ad-hoc admin tasks.
2. HR – Recruitment
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and schedule meetings between new hires and line managers.
- Support device preparation and working tools for new employees according to specifications.
3. HR – C&B
- Prepare and update monthly timesheets and employee attendance system).
- Summarize overtime, IC working hours, and prepare reimbursement reports.
- Follow up on employee contract renewals, probation reviews, and annual leave records.
- Maintain employee movement reports (In/Out) and handle offboarding documentation.
- Payroll support
- Annual Performance review support
- HR Internal and External Reporting support
- Other supporting task for Senior HR and General Manager
4. HR – Events & Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events (e.g., company trip, year-end party, New Year, Mid-Autumn).
- Prepare gifts and manage budgets for employee and customer-related occasions.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Able to work fulltime - onsite at the office (at least 6 months)
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently and flexibly.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and supportive in teamwork.
