Responsibilities
§ Be in charge and manage C&B operations from onboarding to offboarding process, including data management, employee profile & contract management, performance appraisal, salary review & promotion, leave management, payroll process, personal income tax, social and healthcare insurance … for both local & expatriate employees to ensure accuracy, compliance with the law and company policy, process following and timeline commitment.
§ Complete C&B reports according to the law/government & related departments' requirements
§ Do data analysis & reports accurately and on time related to C&B as required
§ Regularly update the market compensation & benefit trend and new Law relating labor code, tax, insurance, PIT… ensuring compliance
§ Advise managers and employees on employment regulations, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures, classification programs, reward, and discipline
§ Organize healthcare programs for employees such as personal & health insurance and annual health check
§ Manage data on HR system, implement the processes and information adjustment in the system
§ Be responsible for recruitment processes, including identifying recruitment needs with departments, job description preparation, job advertising & sourcing candidates, interviewing & selecting, conducting reference check if required, offering and on boarding process for newcomers.
§ Be responsible for maintaining the recruitment report, building potential candidate database, resources pools and ensuring all recruitment is undertaken in a timely manner, with a focus on meeting the requirements of the job with the best available talent in the market.
§ Propose recruitment budget and efficient recruitment flatforms, manage recruitment agencies and ensure the compliance of recruitment policies & procedures, and ensure the completion of potential and successful candidate profiles in the Company's system.
§ Implement training & development plan with an approved budget and plan to enhance knowledge, skills, abilities & competencies of workforce to meet the business needs.
§ Ensure training records into the system and be responsible for relevant training reports/surveys as required.
§ Be responsible for planning and implementing engagement activities/ employee care programs, included but not limited to annual Company Trip, Year End Party, festive celebration program.
§ Perform as a partner to provide quality HR advice to employees on HR related matters, processes, policies, and company regulations to align with IDEC Group and comply with government regulations.
§ Be responsible for providing services to expats including entry procedures, work permit, residence visa/card
§ Office admin management
Qualifications
§ Degree & certification qualifications related to HR Management, laws or finance/accounting
§ At least 08 years' experience in HR general, of which at least 03 years in C&B
§ Ability to prepare complex and accurate spreadsheets
§ Advanced communications skills, particularly in relation to negotiation and persuasion.
§ Result-oriented, problem solving, time management and attention to detail skills
§ Proactive and positive attitude.
§ Good at English
§
Advanced skills in using Microsoft office.
